Admission Procedure
- For LL.B. (Hons.) – 3 Years program and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) – 5 Years (Integrated Program)
interested applicant may get the prospectus from the administrative office of the college in working
hours and may submit the same in prescribed time in the office up to 4.00 pm from Monday to
Friday.

- The admission form must be complete in all aspects and should be submitted in the office of the
college. No online mode such as Email, WhatsApp etc. will be entertained and incomplete forms
shall liable to be rejected.
- Five passport size latest photographs are to be attached at the back of the form.
- All the particulars and certificates enclosed with application form must be legible and 3 attested
copies of all the documents to be enclosed along with the form.
- A candidate who is admitted on the basis of false / incorrect / suppressed information submitted by
him or by his guardian and at any other subsequent time, if it is discovered that any portion thereof is
incorrect or false or suppressed, his admission to the program shall stand cancelled. Fees and other
dues paid by him shall be forfeited. The college may also take any suitable action against the said
student and his guardian.
- Medium of instructions shall be English.
- B.A LL.B. (Hons.) – 5 Years (Integrated Program) and LL.B. (Hons.) – 3 Years program shall not be
combined with any other program or apprenticeship except program in foreign language.
- College shall not register or enrol any student in violation of the merit list.
- The maximum period to complete a program is duration of the program +3 year, unless otherwise
specified in any other ordinance of the affiliated university or the BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA,
New Delhi.
- A candidate, who after seeking admission in a program left that program in-between and seeks
admission in other program may be allowed to continue that said program, if he/she is able to
complete the said program within the maximum period prescribed for completing a program which
is the duration of the program +3 year, unless otherwise specified in any other ordinance of the
affiliated university or the BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA, New Delhi.
- A candidate who has qualified the qualifying examination and has a gap period of more than 2 years
or more, he/she can be granted admission to program if such a candidate submits an undertaking that
during gap period he/she has not indulged in any illegal activities.
- Unless otherwise specified, there is no upper or lower age limit for admission in any legal program.
